These Terms of Use govern your use of this web site. By accessing these websites, or purchasing, downloading, installing, filling in any electronic forms, or using any services of Chris Outdoors, both entities of 2686566 Ontario INC (hereinafter “Company”), you are acknowledging you have read and accept these Terms of Use.
Your use of this web site after any changes are implemented constitutes your acceptance of the changes. As a result, we encourage you to consult the Terms of Use each time you use this web site.

LIMITATIONS ON USE

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to access this web site. If you are not at least eighteen years old, you are not permitted to access this web site for any reason.

Cancellation Policy

Every in person program is subject to its own unique cancellation policy that will be listed on the registration page at time of purchase.If no cancellation policy is listed, the following conditions will apply. A full refund minus a 10% administration fee will be applied if you cancel more than 14-days before the start of the program. If you cancel less than 14-days before the start of the program, you are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be given on cancellations happening within 72h hours of the start of a program.

In-Person Programs

In the event that you register for an in-person workshop with Chris Outdoors, you MUST fill out a waiver to participate.If participating in an in-person workshop you agree that neither Chris Outdoors ( legal name = 2686566 Ontario Inc), Wild Muskoka, Laura Gilmour, Chris Gilmour, and the property and owners of the property where this class is being held and the property and owners of 24556 Hwy 35 Dwight, Ontario, nor any of their employees, contractors, practitioners, officers, directors, shareholders or agents all of which from here on in will be referred to as “Chris Outdoors”, shall have any liability in connection with your physical wellbeing, health, safety, use of information learned, treatments, services and/or products provided to you during programming and classes and your personal belongings and property.IN NO EVENT WILL Chris Outdoors and it’s above listed subsidiaries, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES arising from your participation in programming or implementing anything you learned in the program once leaving. You fully acknowledge there are risks in engaging in outdoor activities, foraging and mushroom growing and you assume fully liability and responsibility for the potential consequences of those risks upon yourself, your property and others.

Accessing or using this website or its content in any way is done entirely at your own risk. You will be responsible for any loss or damage to any computer, device, software, systems or data resulting directly or indirectly from the use or inability to use this website or its content.

We are under no obligation to provide uninterrupted access to this website. We reserve the right to restrict your access to this website at any time and for any reason.

RECURRING BILLING:

User understands and agrees that if you have been extended a generous payment plan option, your subscription for services is a monthly recurring charge.

Clients hereby understands and agrees that if recurring payment is skipped, declined or late, all services will cease immediately until payments have been reinstated.

SALES TAX

Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident Country of business. Therefore all orders being sold to purchasers within Canada will be charged applicable sales tax according to your area’s tax rate.

If you purchase a product through one of our Third Party services, you will be subject to taxation based on the Third Party’s policies on tax collection.
